1. Can I have a sports massage if I don't play sports?

​

Of course you can! Sports massages are beneficial for everyone, you don't necessarily need to be an athlete or a gym goer to have a sports massage. Here are a few examples of the benefits of sports massages; increases flexibility / mobility; stronger blood flow / nutrients; reduces pain / soreness in your muscles; promotes relaxation and it helps to boost your performance.

 

2. Can I exercise after my treatment?

It is advised that you wait 24 hours after your treatment before you take part in any strenuous activity.  

3. Can I cancel my booking?

​

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to reschedule your booking. Please note that all purchases are final and no refunds are given.

 

4. What happens if I arrive late to my booking?

​

Please note that if you arrive late to your booking, the time will then be taken away from your designated time slot.

 

5. Will I feel sore after my sports massage?

​

Experiencing soreness after your sports massage is completely normal. The soreness can last for a day anywhere up to a few days as this is your body's physical response to inflammation as your body heals. 

 

6. Travel charge

​

There will be a minimum payment of £10 per mobile booking. Please enquire before booking your treatment as travel charges will vary depending on distance.

​

7. Congestion charge

​

If you book a mobile session within the congestion charge zone hours, you will be responsible to cover this charge for the therapist. To avoid paying this charge, please book outside of the congestion charge zone hours if you are based within the zone.

​

8. Group bookings

​

Interested in booking back to back treatments for a group of people? Please note that you are now able to do this by very simply pressing the 'add to cart' button once you have chosen the time and date after each individual booking.
